I’ve been wanting a multi needle machine for quite a while now, but have been unable to because of cost. I got on a Facebook group and asked about a particular machine. a person in that group messaged me saying she bought her STR OCEAN a year ago and loves it. she recommended Ivy and so I contacted her through Alibaba. ivy was able to look up her order and help me get the same machine. Despite the fact that it took a long, long time to reach us in Romania, it was worth the wait. I also put the machine to work not even two days after it arrived. We were ipatient to come and install it. Thank you for all the videos that helped us a lot to set it up and put it into operation. we did it great. THANKS A LOT, IVY!!!! FOR EVERYTHING!!

About the long time delivery, when the machine arrived at the overseas warehouse. The blizzard weather here made it difficult to book a truck for pickup and delivery at that time.
