I’ve been wanting a multi needle machine for quite a while now, but have been unable to because of cost. I got on a Facebook group and asked about a particular machine. a person in that group messaged me saying she bought her STR OCEAN a year ago and loves it. she recommended Ivy and so I contacted her through Alibaba. ivy was able to look up her order and help me get the same machine. The shipping was much faster than I thought it would be. I’m thrilled to get started on my new machine. Ivy has answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly even after the purchase. Thanks, Ivy.

Despite the fact that it took a long, long time to reach us in Romania, it was worth the wait. I also put the machine to work not even two days after it arrived. We were ipatient to come and install it. Thank you for all the videos that helped us a lot to set it up and put it into operation. we did it great. THANKS A LOT, IVY!!!! FOR EVERYTHING!!

About the long time delivery, when the machine arrived at the overseas warehouse. The blizzard weather here made it difficult to book a truck for pickup and delivery at that time.
